This page covers the contact form. It is the only place on this site where you give us anything.
What the form collects
Your name, the contact you choose to give us (email, Telegram handle, or phone), the project type you pick, and your message. Nothing else. There is no tracking of what you type.
Where it goes
Straight to a Telegram chat owned by the agency, read by the people who would answer you. We do not use a third-party form service, and we do not sell or share what you send.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is useful. Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted from the chat within twelve months.
Deletion
Write to contact@brume.agency and we remove your message and your details. No form to fill in, no reason required.
Analytics
We record that a form was submitted and whether it succeeded. We never record the content of a submission.
